International Women’s Day Event at BTU

In celebration of International Women’s Day, MAUM organized a wooden terrarium workshop for the female staff of Bursa Technical University. Academic and administrative female personnel from various university units participated in the event. During the workshop, participants painted wooden pots produced in the university’s furniture workshop according to their own designs and planted them with succulents.

The event was attended by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Naci Çağlar; Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Beyhan Bayhan, Prof. Dr. Sinan Uyanık, and Prof. Dr. Barış Tamer Tonguç; General Secretary Mr. Selim Uzun; and the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Prof. Dr. Murat Ertaş.

In his speech, Rector Prof. Dr. Naci Çağlar emphasized the invaluable role of women in society and highlighted the significant contributions of female staff members to the university.
